In order to ensure the lawful and prudent operation of Graphisoft Park, it operates a whistleblowing system, through which you can make a report regarding Graphisoft Park employees or business partners in a contractual relationship with us on the following topics:
- if you encounter illegal or unethical behavior;
- if you encounter social responsibility and environmental risks, or breaches of social responsibility or environmental protection obligations arising from the economic activities of the Company itself or its subsidiaries or its direct suppliers.
We investigate all whistleblowing, and if necessary, the Ethics Committee will also investigate the issue.

Important information
- Please note that Graphisoft Park will keep the identity of the whistleblower confidential at all stages of the investigation. If you wish to make your report anonymously, please do not fill in your contact details! In certain cases (e.g. based on attached documents, evidence or information), you may still be identifiable to us.
- The investigation of the report may be omitted if a) the whistleblower made the report anonymously or is unidentifiable (the fact itself that someone makes a report anonymously does not provide grounds for omitting the investigation of the report) or if b) the report is a repeated report made by the same whistleblower, with the same content as the previous report and which has already been investigated, and if c) the report was made by the whistleblower after six months from the date of becoming aware of the offending activity or omission, and finally in the case if d) the injury would not be proportionate to the restriction of the rights of the person concerned by the report resulting from the investigation.
- A report made in bad faith may be forwarded to the person concerned and the competent authorities (third party), which may also result in legal consequences under employment law, civil law and criminal law.
- In the case of reports made in good faith but found to be unfounded during the procedure, the investigation will be closed without notifying third parties.
